Returned for a work trip and everything was once again exceptional. Check-in was a breeze, the unit was exceptionally well-maintained, and overall it was a perfect experience.

I really loved the Japandi-style room! The minimalist design, warm tones and cosy atmosphere honestly made me feel like I was staying in Japan hehe 🇯🇵✨ It was so calming and aesthetically pleasing.
The lifts can get a little crowded during busy hours but honestly I think that’s a good sign. It shows the property is popular and always in demand!

Great location and a very comfortable stay. The unit was clean, spacious and nicely furnished. I especially loved the KL city view and the facilities. Everything was well maintained and the check-in process was smooth. Would definitely stay here again.
Nothing major. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and everything met my expectations.
