About this apartment rental
Modern, small vacation apartment on the 2nd floor in the idyllic sailing harbor of Orth, with a magnificent view (from the balcony) of the marina. The apartment features tile and laminate flooring throughout and is very cozy and attractively furnished. It has a living-dining area with a flat-screen TV, a leather sofa set (convertible into a bed for 2 people), a built-in kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Fresh rolls for breakfast are available daily at “Café am Hafen.”
Description of the outdoor area:
Duplex—underground parking space, storage for bicycles and surfboards.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the building’s basement.
Location description:
The resort features restaurants, cafés, a harbor snack bar, a beer pub, bike rentals, and small shops, as well as a kite and surf school (including shops) and a fishing boat. There are opportunities for swimming and kiteboarding/surfing in this unique area. The Flügge and Püttsee beaches are within easy reach by bike or car.
