Grazy Home is a modern, recently renovated apartment located just outside the centre of Vico Equense, in a setting that combines privacy, comfort and convenient access to the surrounding area. Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, Grazy Home is ideal for couples, families or small groups of friends wishing to discover Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast while enjoying a peaceful and independent place to stay. The interiors feature a contemporary style with Mediterranean influences, soft colours, parquet flooring, wooden finishes and carefully selected design details that create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.



The living room is a bright and comfortable space, perfect for unwinding after a day spent exploring beaches and local attractions. It features a Smart TV and a small double sofa bed, providing sleeping accommodation for the fourth guest. Next to the living area is a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a microwave and everything needed to prepare meals independently, from breakfast before setting off to explore the region to a relaxing dinner at home.



The sleeping area features two mezzanine bedrooms, giving the apartment a distinctive and original character. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second features a single bed. Both are furnished in a modern style, with soft colours and subtle Mediterranean details. A particularly interesting architectural feature is a section of glass flooring, designed to allow natural light to flow through the spaces and enhance the interior design.



The apartment has two bathrooms, a particularly convenient feature when travelling with family or friends. The main bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, while the second is a guest bathroom with a toilet and bidet, without a shower. Both feature modern finishes and pleasant light-blue tones.



The outdoor spaces are the true highlight of Grazy Home. From the sleeping area, guests can access a small private balcony furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or a quiet moment. The spacious private terrace is equipped with a dining table, parasol and sun loungers, providing a secluded space for outdoor meals, sunbathing or pleasant summer evenings, accompanied by open views of Vico Equense and its surrounding hills.



From June to September, the terrace also features a small seasonal, unheated pool, perfect for cooling off on warmer days and enjoying relaxing moments without leaving the apartment.



The property offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a washing machine, making it suitable for longer stays or guests wishing to work remotely. Bed linen is included, and each guest receives three towels: a face towel, a bath towel and a bidet towel. A complimentary welcome kit containing soap, shampoo and toilet paper is also provided upon arrival.



Located just outside the centre of Vico Equense, the apartment offers a peaceful setting while remaining conveniently close to shops, restaurants, essential services and public transport connections. Vico Equense is one of the most charming towns on the Sorrento Peninsula, appreciated for its beautiful views over the Gulf of Naples, culinary traditions and beaches. From here, guests can easily organise excursions to Sorrento, Pompeii, Naples and the famous destinations of the Amalfi Coast, including Positano, Amalfi and Ravello.



For guests travelling by car, the property does not have private on-site parking. However, municipal paid parking spaces marked with blue lines are available along the street, at an indicative rate of approximately €3 per day. Spaces are generally available within a short distance of the apartment. Alternatively, private parking nearby can be arranged upon request for €15 per day. A car is not essential thanks to the proximity of the town centre and public transport, although it can be convenient for exploring beaches, picturesque villages and less accessible destinations.



Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and its private outdoor spaces, including the balcony and furnished terrace, with the small seasonal pool available from June to September.



Check-in is carried out in person at the property. A member of our staff will welcome you, hand over the keys, show you around the apartment and provide useful information about the accommodation and surrounding area. Your arrival time must be arranged in advance and will be requested through private communication after booking.



Standard check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, while check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. For arrivals outside standard hours, late check-in can be arranged for an additional fee, payable in cash upon arrival: €30 between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM, and €50 between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM.



Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid identity document for mandatory registration with the relevant authorities, as required by Italian law.



A local tourist tax also applies from April to October and must be paid in cash upon arrival. In the municipality of Vico Equense, the tax is €3 per person per night, with minors exempt.
