About this villa rental
A small villa with a view of the sea, sandy beach, and crystal-clear water just 50 meters from our gate. A furnished terrace where you can relax while gazing out at the sea.
A comfortable and bright property suitable for families; pets are welcome.Our spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms are equipped with all the comforts, including ceiling fans in addition to air conditioning.
The kitchen-dining area is equipped with dishes, a variety of cookware, plates, and table linens. The refrigerator and freezer are in good working order. The very spacious bathroom is equipped with a full set of linens, a hair dryer, soap, and a washing machine.
The dining room is bright and opens onto the outdoor terrace. Tables and chairs are provided for up to 10 guests.
The terrace features a small table, armchairs, and a lounge chair for relaxing outdoors. The garden, with its plants, makes spending time outdoors relaxing, and the outdoor shower makes coming back from the beach a pleasure.
Free indoor and outdoor parking on a private street.

Grocery store, café, and shop selling cleaning supplies and personal care products 200 meters away. Beach bar 🏖

The town center of S. Pietro in Bevagna is 1 km away, with its pine forest leading down to the sea. Shops, pizzerias, ice cream shops, a pharmacy, etc. Just past the town center, after 500 meters, is the mouth of the Chidro River where it flows into the sea. A stunning setting where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in either fresh or saltwater.
In the surrounding area, in the countryside around Manduria, there are many beautiful farmhouses where you can savor Apulian cuisine and sample local wines... Primitivo di Manduria, above all!
