About this apartment rental
Our property has been completely renovated while retaining the distinctive historic charm that sets it apart. It is located in the heart of Viterbo, on Corso Italia, Viterbo’s main shopping street.
The renovation was overseen directly by the owners, particularly by Maria Luisa, a well-known creative artist with over 40,000 followers on her Facebook page, Morbide Fantasie.
Her artistic flair has given the apartments a unique sense of style and design, featuring understated furnishings that are nonetheless rich in visual interest and detail—much of it handmade.
The Boutique Suite Apartment, offered as a vacation rental, has a private entrance off Corso Italia and overlooks one of the city’s main streets, Largo Guglielmo Marconi. It boasts an area of 62 square meters and consists of a spacious entryway, a master bedroom furnished with antique pieces, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV, a balcony, and a bathroom with a shower, enhanced by two antique English stained-glass windows from the early 1900s featuring leaded glass in a variety of colors. The rooms are air-conditioned and soundproofed thanks to state-of-the-art windows. A particularly noteworthy feature is the handcrafted sliding door, made from reclaimed antique wood, which further enhances the decor. The atmosphere, meticulously curated down to the smallest detail and furnished with taste and originality, is ideal for a peaceful and comfortable stay.
For families or larger groups of friends (3 or 4 guests), the Boutique Suite apartment features a second bedroom with a double bed, a spacious closet, and a flat-screen TV. It is lit by a large skylight with natural ventilation and features an antique alcove and a 17th-century door, finely restored and hand-painted. The room has independent air conditioning and is designed to offer the same comfort and attention to detail as the rest of the apartment.
