schönes Ambiente
Check-in ihne Personal etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, ebenfalls das Öffnen der Türen via Smartphone. Aber beides war vorher bekannt und auch effizient.

Moderne Architektur mit zeigemässer stilvoller Ausstattung. Es gibt wunderschöne Bildbände, Spiele und Literatur über das Engadin, man könnte schlechtes Wetter problemlos überbrücken. Zudem gibt es eine bequeme Tiefgarage auch für Velos samt „Velowerkstatt“ sowie ein Fitnessraum.
Die Aufenthaltslaunch sowie der Shop lassen keine Wünsche offen und lassen auch Begegnungen mit andern Hotelgästen zu.
Das Check-in hat erst nach telefonischer Hilfe geklappt. Die Hilfe war jedoch sehr kompetent.

The rooms are clean and the hotel is new
I paid on checking in, then when checking out the computer system tried to charge me again. There is only a whattsapp number and no one responded fro 2-3 days! They say there is a bus but that is actually only on during skiing season and limited service. There is a self service kitchen for breakfast but limited selection. You also get emails for each room that you booked asking you to checkin before, I booked two rooms and think I got about 10 emails all asking me to checkin. Please sort that out!
