The room was spacious, spotless, and the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable and clean. Great amenities overall. The surrounding area is lively, offering plenty of both Western and Chinese restaurants, along with a large shopping mall. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to the Nancun Wanbo metro station (Line 7). The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options.
This is not entirely the hotel's fault, but we stayed here to attend the Canton Fair because they offer a free shuttle bus to the exhibition. On the way back, we went to the designated parking spot provided by the hotel, but a staff member or coordinator directed us onto the wrong bus. Due to the language barrier, we couldn't clarify the destination. he bus dropped us off at another Atour hotel very far from where we were staying, and the driver said that was the end of the route. We had to take a 35-minute taxi back. This really ruined our experience with the free shuttle bus service.
