The back garden with table and 4 chairs (not sure where everyone else would sit if more than 4 were staying!) was the reason we booked it, and was very useful. The kitchen was small but very well equipped. The mattresses were very comfortable but because they're against sometimes sloping ceilings/walls it isn't easy for couples to share comfortably. The basement living area was cosy and comfortable for the 4 of us. Great communication from the host, very clear directions and instructions.
Really loud knocking noises came from one of the bathrooms whenever the light was on. Quite alarming in the middle of the night! We had good weather so could eat breakfast and dinner outside (although the table has a strange hole in the middle, making it not terribly useful!), but I don't know how larger groups would cope, or if weather had been bad, as there's only a small table in the kitchen with 2 stools, and the basement living room has no table.

The property was in a fantastic location a short walk to pubs/shops/takeaways the basement-living room was a great touch although the stairs leading down to it may be difficult for taller people like myself
The parking situation was the only let down but we were prepared for this in advance after viewing the location prior to our arrival we were able to get street parking on a nearby street within a 2 minute walk to the property

Very clean, well equipped and hosts very helpful and responsive. Large garden space allows you to spread out a bit more if weather ok.
Nowhere to sit and eat together so wouldn’t have been good for a longer stay for us but worked fine for a short visit. Steep stairs to the basement living room might be tricky for some.
