The staff were welcoming, extremely helpful and friendly making me feel right at home. Location perfect as the Hotel is close to the station. The room was lovely and fresh with new bathroom facilities.
No electric jug to boil water for making tea.

The staff were very helpful; they made helpful suggestions for things to do and accommodated us for an early breakfast on day of departure. The hotel is in a very convenient location for trains, buses and taxi’s.
If you looked hard enough, I’m sure you could find fault but there was no need to- everything that was important to us was fine.

The staff were all warm, welcoming and helpful. Amanda was the only person I can name and she gave us loads of great recommendations of places to visit, but the other staff, particulalry the breakfast staff were also great. The breakfast was plentiful and they were accomodating our requests. Thank you. The room was comfy and spacious.
The shower was temperamental. One day I couldn't get hot water and had to have a cold shower and the water pressure was weak. Apart from that the bathroom was good too and I had a big shower.

The location was good and the room was a good size, nicely decorated with a large bathroom
There was no kettle in the room. A coffee machine was brought in but as a tea drinker this wasn’t ideal. The exterior and communal areas could be improved.

"Everything! Staff very friendly on check in, breakfast and at the bar. Very comfortable room with a smart tv (makes a difference), great location, nothing too expensive and would stay again."
