Our house features a spacious living area, a new, large kitchen, a storage room, a guest restroom, 2 bedrooms, and a large, ceiling-to-floor bathroom. All windows and the patio door are equipped with fly screens. Multiple smoke detectors ensure your safety. Free Wi-Fi (fiber-optic) is available for your use!

The modern and functional new kitchen is high-quality and fully equipped with everything you need for effortless self-catering during your vacation. Dining area with two chairs and a bench, plus a high chair and a Trip-Trap chair. Includes a built-in internet radio.

The bright and spacious living area features a smart TV and a new wooden table with chairs for social dining, games, and chatting. A comfortable, large sofa, equipped with plenty of pillows and cozy blankets. A TV armchair with a footstool, lamp, and side table. There is a large selection of games, building blocks, Duplo bricks, coloring books, and trivia/quiz games. Many good novels and children’s books are available.

To help you pack light, you’ll find a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron in the storage room. Also available are various cleaning supplies, a laundry basket, a vacuum cleaner, a supply of consumables, and flower vases.

The two bedrooms on the upper floor are accessible via a new wooden staircase with a built-in child safety gate. The first large bedroom features a high-quality double bed, an armchair, a 2.60-meter-wide wardrobe with ample storage space, plenty of hangers, and a new smart TV. The bed features adjustable slatted frames on both sides with separate, comfortable mattresses in various firmness levels. Hypoallergenic bedding for summer and winter. Extra pillows measuring 40x80 cm.

The second bedroom has the same amenities but is furnished with two single beds.

We provide a baby crib with a thick extra mattress, a hygienic mattress pad, and a changing pad free of charge. Both rooms can be completely darkened, so that small children can take an undisturbed nap.

In the spacious, ceiling-high bathroom, you’ll find a toilet, an oversized, walk-in shower, and an illuminated panoramic mirror. Internet radio for an upbeat start to the day! Facial tissues, a makeup mirror, a soap dispenser, a hair dryer, a stool, and toilet paper are provided. Towel warmer with heated floor. There is ample storage space for your bathroom essentials.

The guest restroom is located on the first floor.

You can relax wonderfully on the large, sheltered black-and-white terrace! In the garden shed, you’ll find 5 adjustable chairs and 1 lounge chair, a high chair, a beach umbrella, a handcart, beach toys, a windbreak, a beach lounger, a beach umbrella, a clothesline with clothespins, and a grill with fire starters. Two parking spaces and a bike rack.

We’re very kid-friendly: a crib with a hygienic mattress pad, an additional extra-thick mattress, a washable changing pad, diaper pail, baby bathtub with seat, children’s dishes and cutlery, built-in outlet covers, stair gate, games & books
