Only 3 beds, very basic, no privacy

Good location, everything close by.

Although 6 beds are advertised, this apparentment only has 3 (plus one couch). These 3 beds are all in one room. This room also has the only heating. Therefore: this room gets very hot, whereas the rest of the Appartement stays fairly cold. No privacy: the toilet is only separated via a courtain from the (very basic!) kitchen. There’s a loud bar across the street. The rooms are facing the street. As the apartment is on ground level, you have people looking inside all the time. It looks very bright on the pictures, but it’s not in reality. Book this place of you need somewhere central to crash and don’t want to spend time in the Appartement. Don’t book it if you want privacy when sitting on the toilet, want 6 beds or plan to spend time in the Appartement

I want to leave feedback about the accommodation in this apartment. Together with my family (2 adults + 1 child aged 10), we visited Prague from January 18-22, 2026, and booked this apartment. In the pictures, the apartment appeared bright, and according to the mentions on Booking, the apartment was presumed to be non-smoking and suitable for families with children. Accommodation Requirements: The accommodation manager, Yurii, was very kind, leaving us a very detailed message regarding the location, key collection method, and apartment access. Advantages: Location - Old Town center

Once we entered the apartment, the first thing we all noticed was the air saturated with cigarette smoke. Although we opened the windows (being January outside, it wasn't possible to keep the windows open for long periods, and especially since the apartment was on the first floor) for all 5 days to air out, and although Yurii put an air purifier, we did not have clean air in the apartment throughout our entire trip. The bed linen was soaked with smoke, which caused enormous discomfort, especially for the child. The strangest thing was that Yurii mentioned that the cleaning had been done before we arrived, but it's very strange that they didn't notice this smoke smell. A pleasant moment was a bottle of wine from the accommodation. About the apartment: The apartment probably underwent renovation some time ago. It is dark. The windows had traces of mold. The kitchen (if we can call it that) is a very small furnished corner, from which you enter directly into the bathroom + toilet (which is also very small), where two plastic film curtains are installed instead of a door. The entrance to the kitchen is also without a door, which deprives you of the comfort of privacy. The apartment has 3 double beds (in one room) each made of wood or something similar to wood. One of the beds is placed on the second level, and it was impossible to sleep in it, given that the air did not circulate, being very hot at that level. The second room has an extendable sofa, which can be used for 2 people, and a table for 6 people. A wardrobe, in which it was not possible to put our clothes because it was full of bed linen. The room at the entrance to the apartment has a chest of drawers, which also cannot be used because it is full of various items and linen. It also has a wardrobe for outdoor clothes. The apartment needs renewal, as does the bed linen, because it is too used.
