Location is great, very close to sightseeing, Monastiraki and Ermou (shopping) street. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Eva is really helpful and tries to do her best!
Room number 1 is facing the noisy street, noisy even at night time. And wifi is only in the washroom.

Great location near to the Acropolis.
It was a little noisy.
No breakfast but there was a great restaurant opposite.

The location was perfect to reach all the important attractions by foot. The view of acropolis from the balcony . Only available for room suites numbers 1 and 2. Easy check in and check out. They supported in organising airport shuttle. Water bottle every day was very helpful. I could easily request additional pillows, clothes hangers, etc. Over chat and these were promptly delivered. Breakfast in a restaurant across the street was good, though not part of the hotel nor pricing
Noise from the street on a weekend as there was some football match and the TV in the neighbourhood was quite loud. The windows are sound proof but still it could get through on that day. Other days are ok. I missed a closed cupboard to store my clothes. A small safe keeping box which is typically available in most hotels was not there to keep our valuables. Toilet seat was not steady. Inspite of informing thus was not fixed
