Five nights in Malaga

Location was great - very close to the centre of the old town. The apartment is lovely - very clean and comfortable.

This could not be helped but there happened to be a lot of building and landscaping going on around the property. This meant that it was difficult for taxis to get close to the apartment. But it will probably look great when it is completed.

My stay at this apartment was disappointing for several reasons. First, the key collection process is inconvenient. Guests have to pick up the keys from a different location that is quite far from the apartment. This is especially inconvenient for tourists arriving in Málaga with luggage. Second, we accidentally left the key inside the apartment. To get access again, we were charged €20 for a replacement key/service, which we found unreasonable. Third, check-out was at 11:00 AM. We asked to stay one extra hour and were willing to pay for the additional time so that we could have breakfast comfortably. However, this was refused, and the staff were already waiting outside the apartment, pressuring us to leave immediately. Finally, the most serious issue was that we were falsely accused of stealing a bed cover. The bed cover was actually inside the washing machine, but before even checking properly, the hosts accused us and spoke to us in a very rude and aggressive manner. They even threatened to call the police. Afterward, it became clear that the item had never been stolen. We found this behavior unacceptable and very unprofessional. Overall, the apartment itself was acceptable, but the customer service, communication, and attitude of the hosts significantly affected our experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.

A beautiful ,clean and modern apartment, comfortable. The location to the plaza, museums and castle was perfect! The hosts were really nice :) they helped us via phone when we arrived, quick to respond to any queries.

The building site outside is beyond the hosts control, if you accept the situation that there is men working there daily - I’m sure that it will be fine once it’s finished . It’s a nice apartment.

Location was great - very close to the centre of the old town. The apartment is lovely - very clean and comfortable.
