The apartment is spacious and in a good location for seeing the sights though it was the wrong time to be in that particular neighbourhood.
It has a good size bedroom and living room with lovely views over the rooftop to the surrounding countryside. Nice comfy couch with a decent size TV and streaming channels.
The apartment isn't very clean and the shower is cramped and old. No little extras provided like tea coffee laundry detergent, not even a bottle of water. This place could so easily be a 10 with a new shower and a real good clean.
It would also have been good to be warned about the neighbourhood celebration that happened for our whole stay. This involves gangs of people roaming the street singing and beating drums for hours. Thankfully at 1am it rained and cut one nights party short but it is impossible to sleep through and would have been good to know about. It's all to do with winning the horse race in August but they celebrate every single night, all night.
I would certainly research neighbourhood events before choosing accommodation in Siena.

Depto muy cómodo, bien ubicado. Tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Muy moderno. Se corto la luz una noche, y el propietario contestó y ayudó súper rápido.
Que no haya ascensor. Le faltaba limpieza a los pisos en general. La ducha es bastante incómoda, el baño quedó poco moderno para lo que es el resto de la propiedad.

Perfect location once you're in the city
Parking was a little challenging when we arrived. Use porta romana if you come by car, there is more parking than on the other ports

Clean and comfortable.
It was on the third floor and I had a hard time getting my bags and myself downstairs. I had a hard time finding the address online and a taxi driver left me on a street alone. I ended up getting another place to stay for a night until someone called me from this property. The rep helped me take my bags upstairs but seemed irritated and in a hurry. Said that there was a lot to do in the area my but didn’t give me information about it. I had a difficult experience. Booking.com should leave the address.
