Other reviews were good for this property, reason why we booked it. But the cleanliness could have been done better

The toilet had so much ants at all the corners and the pool didn’t turn on the whole day on the second day until check out on the 3rd day. The pool’s filter don’t seem to be doing the job. Pool was dirty and there were clumps of hair floating on the pool. Im sure it’s not mine cause of the hair colour. Beds had stains

KSN is Not a Separate Hotel, Just a Shady Room in Grand Lexis Port Dickson

This wasn’t just a bad stay; it was a full‑blown scam. KSN is advertised as a separate hotel, but it’s nothing more than one room inside Grand Lexis Port Dickson being sold under a fake name. I’ve stayed at Grand Lexis before and had an excellent experience—this KSN “host” is exploiting that brand’s reputation to cheat honest guests. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were being smuggled in. No ID was checked, no documents were taken, no security at all—which is unacceptable and possibly illegal. The host shoved the keys at us like he was hiding us from the Lexis staff and explicitly told us not to go to the Grand Lexis reception or speak to any hotel personnel. When we raised concerns at check‑in, he had the nerve to tell us to cancel our booking and “go somewhere else,” as if we were wasting his time, not the other way around. The room itself was filthy, unhygienic, and had zero privacy. No WiFi, no room service, no landline, no buggy service. We were forced to walk long distances in the rain with all our luggage just to get basic food and water. Toiletries were barely provided, and we paid more than what we paid for a proper Grand Lexis room in the past—with absolutely none of the facilities or service to justify it. It’s unclear whether Grand Lexis even knows this scheme is running inside their resort, but it looks like some staff member is operating a shady side business using their infrastructure. This is not just poor service—it’s fraud, and they should be held accountable. I feel I was completely robbed, not only of my money and time, but also of my sense of safety and dignity. Stay away from KSN!!!!!!!
