It was a bit unpleasant

I like the fact that the apartment was clean. It is a nice apartment.

We struggled to find the location at first. The location is not really ideal for a family with small children. The tv was broken, the one lamp shade was broken, the wifi was non existant, the heaters provided was broken.

Location was good value for money. Resources like washing machine worked in our favour as I had kids

The place is nice but very hot at night can they please consider installing aircon or providing fans. More kitchen resources besides plates and glasses and cutlery make it full kitchen for tourist things like rice drainer, greater, etc otherwise it was value for money

Finger weg von diesem Angebot! Unseriöser Anbieter! Das Apartment war beschrieben als ein Apartment mit 3 Doppelbetten in zwei Schlafzimmern. Stattdessen verfügt das Apartment gemäß uns vorliegender Bestätigung des Anbieters nur über zwei Doppelbetten und ein Schlafsofa. Da dies keine Option für uns war, baten wir bereits 5 Stunden nach Buchung und einen Tag vor Beginn des Aufenthalts um Stornierung mit vollständiger Erstattung der Kosten. Dies wurde durch den Anbieter verweigert. Stattdessen wurde uns ein größeres Apartment mit drei Doppelbetten angeboten, für dass wir aber einen Aufpreis zahlen sollten. Auch die Beschreibung dieses Apartments ist auf Booking widersprüchlich in Bezug auf die Anzahl der Betten. Letztlich haben wir keines der beiden Apartments genutzt. Stay well away from this offer! Unreliable provider! The apartment was described as having three double beds in two bedrooms. Instead, according to the confirmation we have received from the provider, the apartment only has two double beds and a sofa bed. As this was not an option for us, we requested a cancellation with a full refund just five hours after booking and one day before the start of our stay. The provider refused this request. Instead, we were offered a larger flat with three double beds, for which we were expected to pay an additional charge. The description of this flat on Booking.com is also contradictory regarding the number of beds. Ultimately, we did not use either of the two flats.
