Great walking distance to good neighborhoods and good proximity to laundry, markets, etc. Spacious bathroom, we were really pleasantly surprised by the size of the bathroom. Very quiet area with a walking trail nearby.
In the shower you either get scalding hot nearly boiling water or ice cold water. The microwave didn't work unless I manually reached up into the upper cabinet and held the plug firmly into the outlet, and at no point in our trip did wifi ever work on any of our devices. Provided moka pot is not maintained - ring and filter are completely shot.
