Spacious 3-bedroom house with a pool in Ericeira—Bring the whole family to this wonderful home, just a 10-minute walk from the town of Ericeira. The house offers plenty of space, lots of natural light, and a fresh interior. It features 3 bedrooms (1 en suite), 3 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. The house can accommodate up to 8 people, with two single sofa beds in the living room.It’s the perfect home for a family vacation or for two families traveling together. From the kitchen, you can step into our winter garden, which features a dining area overlooking the private saltwater pool. The Layout: The house is divided into two floors; a hallway, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and access to the winter garden dining area and garage on the first floor; on the first floor, you’ll find 3 bedrooms (1 suite) and a bathroom accessible from the hallway. In front of the house is a small garden, and on the left side of the house, you’ll find a cozy sitting area, lounge chairs, the private pool, and a deck with a barbecue grill. The house can accommodate 2 people in each bedroom. We also have 2 large single sofa beds in the living room that can be converted into extra beds, so the house can accommodate 8 people. We have a child’s bed, a changing table, a high chair, a crib, and safety gates for the stairs. However, the house is generally not childproof, so please be aware of this. Guest Access You have access to the entire house, garage, garden, pool, and laundry room.Other Things to Keep in Mind: Since we have a private pool on the property, we provide weekly pool cleaning service during your stay to ensure the pool is in good condition. Please keep your children under supervision around the pool; use of the pool is at the guests’ own risk. Never dive headfirst. Full central heating is available 24 hours a day for an additional fee of 15 euros per day. Registration number 171016/AL
