PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Welcome to our charming villa in San Pietro di Feletto, in the heart of the Prosecco hills, an UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2019. With its strategic location just 2.5 km from Conegliano, you can easily explore Venice (less than 1 hour by train) and Cortina (less than 2 hours by car), while enjoying the tranquility and authenticity of a unique cultural landscape shaped by the art of winemaking.
THE SPACE
Our accommodations are located on the first floor of a beautiful villa, overlooking a charming garden and a pool surrounded by lush greenery. The apartment has been furnished with care and functionality, designed to welcome travelers from every corner of the world. Whether you’re a large family or a group of friends, every room offers the privacy and comfort needed for a perfect stay. A crib is available for our youngest guests.
OUTDOOR AREA
Maximum privacy is guaranteed by a dense hedge that creates an oasis of tranquility on a vast property of over 3,000 square meters. The outdoor tables are reserved exclusively for your accommodation, ensuring an intimate atmosphere for your meals. The pool and patio are part of a complex that includes our home and another apartment, offering the opportunity to socialize with other guests if you wish.
POOL AND HOT TUB
Our pool, heated sustainably with solar energy during the summer, offers a relaxing and eco-friendly experience. For an extra touch of luxury, we invite you to try the hot tub in the designated area next to the pool. Available from May 1 through September 30 (or during adjacent periods, depending on seasonal conditions), from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
IMPORTANT: Outside the summer season, the pool is NOT heated.

Discover a prime location just 2.5 km from Conegliano, a vibrant city with over 30,000 residents, full of shops, restaurants, pizzerias, and shopping centers. Conegliano is easily accessible on foot or by bike, with a wonderful historic center to explore. Venice, nestled in the lagoon, is less than an hour away via the local train station. Cortina is less than 2 hours away.
