Mobile homes ALL COMFORT from 4 to 6 people depending on the Mobile homes, with sheltered or semi-sheltered wooden terrace (summer kitchen in MH IRM & O'iny), and reversible air conditioning and composed of 2 bedrooms equipped with double curtains, one with double bed 1.40 x 1.90 and the other 2 beds 0.80x1.90 or MH O'HARA with a bedroom 3 beds 1 of 80x1.90 and 2 adult bunk beds of 90x1.90 or a convertible in 140 in the MH IRM. A bathroom with shower, a separate toilet. A living room with corner sofa or BZ depending on the MH, flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer, washing machine. LOAN OF 2 BIKES against deposit check 100€ not cashed

FAMILY CAMPSITE ( we are only owners) located 2.5Km from the sandy beaches (Fréjus side) and coves (Sainte Maxime side), 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bike by bike path or along the river. Secure campsite with security guards (24 hours a day in season and at night out of season) and license plate reader. CONTACT JUNCTION+ Marie blachère at the exit of the campsite. Bread + pastries, restaurant, pizzeria, takeaway, in the campsite. Entertainment during the week (in season) Large swimming pool 25m x 16m + wading pool under the supervision of parents, children's entertainers, children's playground, bowling green, closed football field, river fishing along the campsite. 1 toilet block if needs available.

Cleaning deposit cheque €50 and damage deposit cheque €500 to be left on arrival of the rental (destroyed or returned no more than 8 days after departure if stamped envelope) + deposit cheque of €100 if use of bicycles (returned at the end of the rental stay).

Holiday vouchers accepted only from 2026 and 25% maximum of the price of the stay.
