Ideally located between the Prarion gondola (600 m) and seasonal activities (snowshoeing, fishing, rock climbing, children’s playgrounds, pétanque, etc.). Close to cross-country ski trails and hiking trails. Merlet Park is nearby, where you can explore the local flora and fauna.
There are a few shops nearby, and you’ll find everything you need in the center of Les Houches. Head to downtown Chamonix (10–15 min) to stroll around and enjoy a wider variety of shops year-round.

Located 200 meters from the Prarion ski lift, you’ll have easy access to the bus stop of the same name to reach the Bellevue ski lift or simply the center of Les Houches (5 minutes) and the rest of the valley via the Mont Blanc Express and other bus lines.
