Two terraces, each approximately 40 square meters, with a beach chair and stone grill invite you to enjoy a cozy evening of grilling (accessible without high door thresholds)

The on-site sauna with an LED whirlpool and an additional relaxation terrace provides private spa and wellness enjoyment (for a fee)

A large garden with a lawn for sunbathing, including lounge chairs, as well as a sandbox, swing, a slide, and various garden games is available free of charge

A garden shed with a “bread-delivery bike” and a beach handcart is available free of charge, with space for items such as sports equipment or bicycles you bring along...

We can provide bed linens (€15 per person), a towel set (€5 per person), or an XL beach and sauna towel (€4 per person) in the house upon request.

The primary renter under 25 years of age must pay a 500,- € cash deposit/security deposit upon key handover!
