It's a modern apartment with smart home technology, Wi-Fi, and a shared garden in Graz, a 5-minute walk from the main train station.
Located in a relatively quiet neighborhood. There’s a small park across from the entrance.
A cleaning fee of 30 euros is required. Thank you.
I should mention that the apartment is a basement unit, meaning it’s slightly below ground level. However, thanks to the two patio doors that lead to the communal garden, this isn’t a problem (there’s plenty of natural light). However, this does make the apartment a bit more humid. A dehumidifier is running, but it can be turned off if you wish. Please turn it back on only when you leave.

Property was a good location and kept a nice temperature given the extreme heat. Host communication was subpar, check in instructions were difficult to get. Once received, it was fine to check in.
