In our recently renovated apartment, designed to welcome you in the best possible way. We’re located on Via Vannella Gaetani, in a stately building, just a short walk from the famous Piazza Vittoria, facing the stunning bay of the Gulf of Naples, and next to the luxury shopping streets and small antique shops.

“Ammore a mare” has been recently renovated with high-quality materials. The apartment is on the second floor of a building with an elevator. There are 6 steps to climb before reaching the elevator.

The apartment consists of an entryway, a spacious living room, a kitchen with dining area, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
The materials and furnishings were chosen with great care.

In the entryway, you’ll be greeted by the historic chestnut-beam ceiling, perfectly restored, which extends to the kitchen on one side and into a bedroom on the other. In the living room, the furniture, chandelier, and wall sconces are original Art Deco pieces. The velvet sofas are soft and inviting. A large table allows you to host lunches and dinners, prepared in the fully equipped built-in kitchen, custom-designed and crafted by the skilled hands of an expert artisan. Here, as in the home’s two bathrooms, traditional 19th-century Neapolitan tiles have been used, some of which were found in the house itself in an old floor.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, large stovetop, immersion blender, juicer, and electric kettle.

The bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses and pillows, as well as two spacious closets.
The house has 3 televisions: a large smart TV in the living room and 2 more televisions in 2 bedrooms.
State-of-the-art air conditioners are installed in every room.

Prints and oil paintings of Vesuvius and other views of Naples and the surrounding area showcase the beauty of Naples on the walls of “Ammore a mare.”
