We had a wonderful stay here and would happily return next time we are in Paris.
The host was incredibly kind and flexible. We arrived early after checking out of another hotel near Disneyland, and instead of having to carry our luggage around Paris for hours, we were allowed to check in early at no extra cost. That level of hospitality really stood out.
The apartment is spacious and would also work very well for a family, with the additional bed in the loft area. Despite the very central location, the courtyard is quiet and peaceful.
The location is excellent. You are close to Place de la République, within walking distance of Le Marais, and several Métro stations nearby make it very easy to get anywhere in Paris. There is also a lovely café just across the street and large supermarkets only a few minutes away.
What we especially enjoyed was the feeling of actually staying in a Parisian neighbourhood rather than simply visiting the city. We even had a lovely chat with some of the residents in the building, which made the experience feel more personal and local.
Spacious, peaceful, very well located and hosted with genuine kindness. I would definitely stay here again.
The bathroom is a little dated and some few aspects of the apartment are not the most modern, so it is worth setting expectations accordingly. That said, everything was functional, and considering the space, location and overall experience, we thought it offered excellent value for money.

Квартира розташована у чудовому районі - поряд магазини, кафе і метро! Але головне - навколо багато історичних пам'яток і музеїв!
У квартирі є все необхідне для проживання. Дійсно зручне ліжко, і навіть парасольки) Гарний чистий закритий двір.
Є деякі незручності в душі - він маленький, а також слабкий тиск гарячої води. Це не критично для нетривалого перебування.

Das Design
Die Dusche war kalt. Und die Luft ein bisschen stickig.
Es bräuchte vielleicht einen zweiten Ventilator.
Unser Sohn hat einen aufs Hochbett genommen, dann wäre einer unten auch gut,

La posizione è ottima, l'appartamento con il suo cortile interno è silenzioso.
Nel complesso pulito
Le foto ingannano in un certo senso.
Il bagno è pessimo. Mobile tutto marcio dall'acqua. Il boiler perde acqua. La porta del bagno ha la maniglia che quasi si stacca.
I muri interni sarebbero da rivedere, sono scrostati in diversi punti.
La porta di ingresso è molto difficile da aprire e chiudere con la chiave.
