Wish we had stayed somewhere else

- So the flat is on the 3 floor above ground without elevator and lots and lots of steps. Its on the attic. Not disclosed in description. - Car park is dedicated and close to the entrance, but it is not covered (in case of winter season). - Sloping roof of the flat makes it difficult for tall people (6 feet) to use kitchen or washtub as roof is too low and keep bumping head. - No basic oil or salt/pepper in the apartment. For a 1 week stay, its difficult to buy small quantities from the supermarket as we need less than 20 gms of spices each and maybe less than 100 ml oil for making omelettes or something. - No shampoo as well, with the same problem as above - difficult to buy small ones from the supermarkets.

- Very little space for storing items for 4 people staying for 1 week. Only 1 set of drawers in each room.No shelves or hangars otherwise. Lots of floor space, but it looks untidy to have suitcases lying around the floor - Water heater burst and we had no hot water for a day and a half in winter. Could not bathe at alll. - Electricity kept tripping. We slept in total darkness for 2 nights and could not charge our phones even. Host blamed our chargers (all original and never caused problem before or after) and asked us to go to the basement to replace fuses (old German style - we have never seen before), causing us to get a shock once. We could not even use coffee machine or cook or use washing machine because it would keep tripping the mains.

Gute Lage, mangelhafte Ausstattung!

Erhebliche Mängel und falsche Versprechungen – Aufenthalt eine Zumutung Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet und liegt sehr zentral in Bad Wörishofen – das ist leider auch das einzig Positive. Für drei erwachsene Personen (Ehepaar und Schwiegermutter) gebucht, entpuppte sich der Aufenthalt aufgrund massiver Mängel als absolute Zumutung. Bäder-Täuschung und Fehlkonstruktion: Inseriert auf Booking mit zwei Badezimmern (Dusche und Badewanne). Die Realität: Ein Bad verfügt nur über ein WC und Waschbecken. Das zweite Bad bietet eine Duschwanne und ein Waschbecken, jedoch kein WC. Keines der Bäder ist somit vollwertig. Zudem befindet sich die Duschwanne unter einer so tiefen Dachschräge, dass man ab 1,75 m Körpergröße dort nicht aufrecht stehen und duschen kann. Warmwasser-Ausfall und Dusch-Absurdität: Der Vermieter informierte vorab über Boiler-Probleme, versprach aber, ein neuer Durchlauferhitzer sichere das Duschen. An den Waschbecken war die Lage katastrophal: Im Waschbecken des Duschbads kam die gesamte Woche überhaupt kein warmes Wasser, während sich das Wasser im Waschbecken des anderen Badezimmers (mit WC) fortlaufend bis zur Unerträglichkeit erhitzte. Ein normales Waschen war so nicht möglich, weshalb wir uns per Waschlappen behelfen und die Haare in der Küchenspüle waschen mussten. In der Dusche selbst war ein Waschen anfangs unmöglich, da das Wasser unkontrolliert von kochend heiß auf eiskalt umschlug und akute Verbrühungsgefahr bestand. Erst nachdem der Durchlauferhitzer am Freitag endlich abgebaut war, konnten wir überhaupt einen Duschversuch wagen – dieser geriet jedoch zur Farce: Während eine Person unter der Schräge zu duschen versuchte, musste eine zweite Person dauerhaft die Mischbatterie in der Duschwanne regulieren und den Wechselhebel von der Badewanne zur Duschbrause gedrückt halten, da bei Warmwasser sofort der Druck einbrach und gar kein Wasser mehr aus dem Duschkopf kam.

Unzumutbarer Service und Hinhaltetaktik: Da sich der Vermieter laut eigener Aussage in Asien aufhielt, gab es vor Ort keinen direkten Ansprechpartner. Wir wurden telefonisch angewiesen, den defekten Boiler selbst zu reparieren, indem wir auf dem Boden des WCs liegend mit einem Schraubendreher das Schütz aktivierten. Erst nach erneuter, massiver Beschwerde wurde der Durchlauferhitzer am Freitag in unserer Abwesenheit (vermutlich durch die Reinigungskraft) abgebaut – das Problem wurde dadurch jedoch nicht gelöst. Der angekündigte Techniker erschien (angeblich wegen Krankheit) nie. Defekte Elektrik: Am Samstagmorgen sprang beim Betrieb des Backofens der FI-Schalter heraus. Dieser war in der Wohnung bereits defekt und mit Klebeband verdeckt. Wir saßen komplett ohne Strom da, bis uns der Vermieter telefonisch in den Keller des Mehrfamilienhauses zum Hauptschalter schickte, um die Hauptsicherung wieder einzuschalten. Uneinsichtiges Verhalten: Da der Vermieter auf keine Mängelrügen reagierte, schalteten wir am Donnerstag Booking ein. Eine Einigung konnte nicht erzielt werden; der Vermieter ging in keiner Weise auf die berechtigte Forderung nach einer Preisminderung ein und verlangte den vollen Preis für diese mangelhafte Unterkunft. Booking selbst hat uns immerhin eine Kulanzgutschrift für die nächste Reise ausgestellt. Fazit: Für eine Wohnung mit diesen erheblichen Mängeln, fehlender Grundausstattung und einer gefährlichen Elektrik den vollen Preis einzubehalten, ist ein unlauteres Geschäftsgebaren. Keine Weiterempfehlung!

Schöne, helle und stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr gute Lage, in 3 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum. Einen reservierten Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor dem Haus.

Für Menschen mit einer Körpergröße über 1,85 ist die Benutzung der Dusche recht interessant, Stichwort Dachschräge.
