Terribile. Mai più
We booked a villa in Patong for 6 people expecting a professional and relaxing stay. What we experienced was the complete opposite.
First and most serious issue: the photos in the listing do NOT correspond to the villa we were given. The images clearly belong to the neighboring property. The property manager made no effort to clarify or distinguish between the two. This is misleading advertising.
A few days before our arrival, the property manager suddenly requested extra cleaning fees that were NEVER mentioned at the time of booking. This last-minute demand was unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
Inside the villa, conditions were alarming. The bedrooms were infested with insects that bit us during the night. Sleeping became impossible. This is not a minor inconvenience — it is a serious hygiene issue.
The TV was unusable because the remote control provided did not work. No solution was offered.
The person who came for check-in appeared in untidy clothing and did not speak a single word of English. Communication was impossible. Professionalism was nonexistent.
To make matters worse, we were never informed about construction works in the neighboring villa. We were woken up at 6:00 AM by loud construction noise every morning. No prior notice, no transparency.
This stay was a combination of misleading listing, hygiene problems, poor communication, and lack of professionalism. If you are looking for reliability and respect as a guest, avoid this property.
