The accommodation itself is very ok, the apartment is clean, nicely arranged, the area is quiet and safe. The pictures in the presentation reflect reality, something hard to find in Paris
Now the bad part, the linens are very bad, they didn't smell clean and they are made of polystyrene, worse, the pillows was under any criticism, with lumps and hard to sleep on them, the cheapest and worn pillows, the bedroom is very ok, we rented the apartment for 4 people, two slept lightly in the bedroom, for the other 2 it was a torture on 2 fixed and not at all comfortable sofas, the entrance door has no number on it to be identified at check-in, then during the night it was relatively cold, only 6 degrees outside, I turned on the central heating and set 21 degrees, overnight it automatically moved to 19, either it is controlled online by the Owner or it is programmed to stay at 19 degrees, more than that, knowing that we are staying 4 people we only received 2 towels and those were worn. Details that make the difference between a pleasant and an unpleasant experience, there is no flexibility from the owner, check-in is at 4:00 PM. Too bad about the beautifully arranged apartment, in the end they asked me to take the linens off the bed and the duvet and put them next to the bed, they had a little left and they also asked me to clean before I left. Nobody speak English!
