The apartment includes a living room of 40 m2, facing south, with a large balcony. It is air-conditioned with central air conditioning.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, crockery and 10/18 stainless steel pans.
There is also a Samsung washing machine, a drying rack, an iron and an ironing board.
A spacious bedroom offers a 160 x 190 bed.
An upstairs bedroom offers two single beds, 90 x 190, also of good quality, and an extra mattress (child). Extra person on request.
A sofa bed completes the whole in the living room.
Walk-in closet layouts offer drawers that are easy to invest.
On the bathroom side, a bathtub, a double sink and space (as well as colorful towels, and a stylish mirror cabinet. Towels are provided.
Finally, an entrance and a separate toilet complete the whole. The private parking space is very useful in Aix-les-Bains.

400 meters from the city center, it allows you to easily go to the city on foot, with food shops 5 minutes away, cheese shop, good bakery, butcher, chocolate maker, wine merchant... For the lake, it takes more than 20 minutes on foot and 5 to 10 minutes by car.
Travelers who have already visited find it quiet, comfortable and pretty, with a large table to share meals and a fiber connected TV for fluid screen moments. Netflix is available.
The street is almost pedestrian (private road).
