Vacation apartments and guesthouse in a historic, Baroque half-timbered building right in the heart of Schwerin’s Old Town. The building has been completely renovated and features modern amenities. The Mecklenburg State Theater, the castle, and Lake Schwerin are all nearby, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to the market square and the cathedral. Almost all rooms offer a beautiful view of the Old Town on the Großes Moor and the castle.
IMPORTANT for Apartment 02: The bedroom and living area are separated by a beam that you must step over; therefore, this apartment is not suitable for elderly guests or those with mobility issues.
We do not provide breakfast. However, you have the option to prepare your own breakfast in the kitchen.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The city of Schwerin charges a lodging tax of 7% of the fee charged to the guest for the overnight stay. As of April 1, 2024, business-related overnight stays are also subject to the lodging tax.
Check-in is possible from 2:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 11:00.
