The "Lukas" vacation rental, located in the center of the town of Schönau am Königssee, is on the first floor and offers up to 108 m² of space for up to 5 people—enough to make you feel right at home on your vacation!
The “Lukas” vacation rental is a non-smoking apartment; please smoke only on the balcony or terrace.
The extremely central location of our house offers many advantages.
A lockable bike storage room with charging stations, free Wi-Fi, and free parking right at the house in the carport are additional amenities.
Charging stations for electric cars are located in the immediate vicinity.
The “Lukas” vacation rental on the first floor offers up to 108 m² of space, accommodating up to 5 people.
The vacation rental features a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware...), a large dining room with direct access to the furnished terrace, a spacious bathroom (sink with mirror cabinet, hair dryer, shower, and toilet), two separate bedrooms with a double box-spring bed (180x200) and a flat-screen TV; one of the bedrooms also features a visually separated area for a third person (sleep sofa 120x190), a large living room with a cozy corner sofa, a TV armchair and a 66-inch flat-screen TV, access to the balcony, a separate toilet, and an entryway with a coat rack.
Thanks to its extremely central location, within a 150-meter radius you’ll find - a bakery, butcher shop, grocery store, hair salon, several restaurants, a playground, a graduation tower, banks, the “Haus des Gastes” with charging stations for electric cars, as well as the bus stop; with the guest card, public buses in the region are free of charge.
There’s even a direct bus line that takes you from here to Salzburg, the city of Mozart.
Königssee and the Jennerbahn are both within walking distance—about a 30-minute walk. You can start hiking or biking right from your doorstep.
Berchtesgaden is about 4 km away; there you’ll find the salt mine, the Watzmanntherme spa, and the departure point for the Kehlsteinhaus.
