- Right in the heart of it all—centrally located on the boardwalk and pier!
- Equipped with a smart TV, king-size box-spring bed (180x200 cm), a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm), a spacious closet, an infrared sauna, an electric fireplace, and a ceiling fan
- Bathroom with shower, hair dryer, makeup mirror, including soap, shower gel, and shampoo
- Fully equipped kitchenette (coffee capsule machine, toaster, electric kettle, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and numerous cooking utensils)
- Includes an underground parking space (max. clearance height 1.90 m!!!)
