The lower level forms the heart of the house. Here you’ll find a bright, open-concept living area with an integrated kitchen, a dining table, and a cozy sofa corner with a TV. The bathroom has a shower.
From the living area, you have direct access to the shared garden with its own terrace, which is perfect for relaxing, enjoying breakfast, or spending cozy evenings outdoors.
A fiber-optic connection with high-speed internet ensures a comfortable stay. Four-legged family members are also welcome—up to two dogs are allowed.
