With a surface area of 33 m², this air-conditioned furnished apartment is located on the 4th floor of a luxury secure residence with elevator, caretaker, with two swimming pools and an exotic garden. The apartment has a terrace equipped to enjoy breakfasts and meals.
Decorated and arranged in a contemporary style, it has a pretty bright living room composed of a fitted kitchen opening onto a living room with a sofa bed; a bedroom with a double bed; a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
You will feel comfortable during your stay: 1 Flat screen TV, wifi, Refrigerator, Hob, Microwave, Washing machine, coffee machine, etc...

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9:00 pm
After 9pm, a supplement of €50 will be required.
For any departure before 8:00 h, a supplement of 50€ will be required.
No arrival after 23:00 Hours

Private parking: a parking space in the basement is included.
This makes it an ideal base to discover Antibes and the surrounding area, with family or friends.

Please also do not use the towels to remove your make-up. We invite you to use your own cotton pads or wipes.

Everything is done on foot.
The nearest beach is La Gravette.
The area has been completely renovated, with a multiplex cinema, a beautiful square and many street food shops.
