Nice location!!!
Unfortunately, this apartment is in serious need of renovation and proper maintenance. There are multiple issues that significantly affect the quality and comfort of the stay.
The bathroom is in poor condition. The shower was broken, and the drainage system repeatedly became clogged. In fact, the drainage was already completely blocked and overflowing before our arrival. Although it was supposedly cleared, it continued to function improperly throughout our stay. This is clearly not a minor inconvenience but a basic maintenance issue that should have been resolved before guests arrived.
The internet connection was also very weak and would periodically disconnect by itself, making it unreliable.
The beds were another major problem. The mattresses are extremely soft and provide virtually no proper support. You practically sink into them, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. In my opinion, these mattresses are no longer suitable for use and should simply be replaced. I would rate their firmness at 1 out of 5, while a firmness level of at least 3 would be much more appropriate for this property.
There is also a problem with the interior doors. The door latches do not hold the doors properly in the closed position. Even the slightest movement or noise can cause the doors to open by themselves. This is both inconvenient and unacceptable for a property intended to provide guests with basic privacy and comfort.
Another important point for future guests is that you are dealing with a management agency rather than directly with the property owner. This creates an additional problem when something needs to be fixed. Issues are not resolved quickly, and the agency appears to shift responsibility for renovation and maintenance to the owner instead of taking responsibility for ensuring that the apartment is properly maintained for its guests. As a result, even relatively basic problems can remain unresolved.

Kurzer Weg vom Bahnhof und zum Polen Markt.
Ruhige Lage und sicherer Zugang. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und neuwertig. Alles wirkt sehr sauber und gepflegt. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
