SCAM DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY
This property is a scam, the photos are a false advertisement of what the condition of this property is in, the photos make it look like a luxury up market property but it definitely is not, the apartment is old grotty and very un kept, obvious sign of years of negligent cleaning, with old dirt stains on all walls, carpets, furniture and lounge, as well as food grot left on kitchen cabinets and draws, over, bin etc. Draws left with dust hair and and dead bugs, on our arrival we also found rubbish left in wardrobes, and other people's clothes and other rubbish. The Sofa bed that supposedly available in the apartment is not a proper sofa bed its a fold out arm chair and is hard as a rock. We also found no linen provided for this sofa bed, so when we arrived after 8pm I had no where to put my daughter to bed. We tried to contact the property for help with how dirty it was and the lack of linen and the state of the sofa and apartment but they offered no real solutions apart from sending in cleaners the next day. So my husband had try run to kmart after 9pm at night and purchase linen and a blanket so my daughter could at least sleep on the couch. I was really feeling quite ripped off by this point. Then ate spending our 1st night in the beds provided that's when it got even worse, the beds where not sleep able. One small double for 2 adults was hard as a rock and flimsy as. Both me and my husband got no sleep as was so uncomfortable, the other small flimsy double bed was so soft my son felt it would break. So the next morning, we no longer wanted to continue our stay. And wanted a refund so we could go elsewhere. There whole process was a nightmare, they property management refused. And where happy with the state of the property. This property is definitely not worth the over $1000 dollars price point at all, definitely not high quality and not what we thought we where booking and ruined our stay.

Accomodation in a good location but the apartment had many faults.
Location, facilities with pool, easy access to olympic park.
Door was broken, aircon/heating was broken, WIFI did not work, no spare blankets, fridge leaked periodically, lights were broken, toilet stopped flushing, hair dryer stopped working.
