No recomendable - moho y suciedad con cucarachas
Lo mejor del alojamiento es la ubicación
El piso estaba sucio con cucarachas y hormigas y el aire acondionado y los baños estaban llenos de moho. Además, el personal dejó mucho que desear no nos dieron solución a nada de lo que les preguntamos. No recomiendo bajo ninguno concepto este alojamiento

Warnung für zukünftige Gäste
Leider mussten wir während unseres Aufenthalts zahlreiche erhebliche Mängel feststellen. Unter anderem waren Türgriffe locker, die Toilettenbrille extrem verschmutzt und mit Schimmel befallen, und im Erdgeschoss bestand ein erheblicher Ameisenbefall. Außerdem waren vier Esszimmerstühle kaputt. Wasserkocher und Toaster konnten wir ebenfalls nicht benutzen, da die Stecker nicht zu den vorhandenen Steckdosen passten.
Wir haben diese Probleme mehrfach gemeldet. Leider wurde nur sehr wenig davon tatsächlich behoben. Auch nachdem eine Reinigungskraft vor Ort war, konnten wir kaum eine Verbesserung feststellen.
Besonders beunruhigend war für uns die Entdeckung, dass die Klimaanlagen sichtbar mit Schimmel bedeckt waren. Wir hatten diese mehrere Tage benutzt, bevor wir den Schimmel bemerkt haben. Dadurch besteht zumindest die ernsthafte Sorge, dass Schimmelsporen über die Klimaanlagen in den Räumen verteilt wurden und wir diesen über mehrere Tage ausgesetzt waren.
Für uns geht es daher nicht mehr um ein paar kleinere Unannehmlichkeiten oder darum, dass eine Unterkunft nicht perfekt ist. Der Zustand der Unterkunft hat aus unserer Sicht ein Niveau erreicht, bei dem man sich als Gast ernsthaft fragen muss, ob die Unterkunft hygienisch und gesundheitlich unbedenklich ist.
Wir haben sämtliche Mängel dokumentiert und mehrfach versucht, eine angemessene Lösung mit den Verantwortlichen zu finden. Leider war die Reaktion nicht ausreichend.
Wir schreiben diese Bewertung vor allem deshalb, damit zukünftige Gäste wissen, worauf sie sich möglicherweise einstellen müssen, und sich vor der Buchung ein möglichst realistisches Bild vom Zustand der Unterkunft machen können.
Unserer Erfahrung nach entspricht der tatsächliche Zustand der Unterkunft nicht dem Standard, den man bei einer solchen Unterkunft erwarten sollte. Insbesondere der festgestellte Schimmel an den Klimaanlagen und der Toilettenbrille ist für uns ein besonders schwerwiegender Punkt.
