The living room’s large picture window opens onto the main terrace, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals or simply relaxing while taking in the surrounding nature. The house also features a swimming pool for refreshing dips. For those seeking tranquility, this place is a true haven of peace. But the Bourian region also has plenty to offer: walks or bike rides through the hills and forests, visits to the charming surrounding villages, exploring local markets, and sampling regional specialties. History buffs can explore the region’s medieval sites and traditional churches. Whether you’re seeking absolute tranquility, precious moments with your family, or authentic experiences in the heart of an unspoiled region, Roger’s house is the ideal place to recharge. Here, every moment invites you to relax, share, and escape. All you have to do is unpack your bags… The cottage is spread over three levels. On the first floor, there’s a kitchen with a dining area. A few steps down lead to the living room (TV, pool table), a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a pantry (with a washing machine). On the first floor, a landing leads to two bedrooms (one with a 160-bed and the other with a 90-bed), a shower room, a separate toilet, and a terrace. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a 140-bed. Enclosed property with a covered terrace featuring a barbecue. Fenced and covered swimming pool (4x6m, 1m20 deep). Sheets, towels, and housekeeping are optional. This vacation rental is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
