Summary:

The A-Frame (3BR/2BA) sits on a private Asheville ridgetop and sleeps 8. It has three king bedrooms, a stone fireplace, its own hot tub and cedar barrel sauna, deck dining with a grill, and a woodland fire pit. Guests also have the shared pickleball and basketball court. A cozy base for couples, families and small groups.

The Space:

Perched atop Frady Mountain, the A-Frame is a Scandinavian-inspired cabin surrounded by trees, with winter mountain views and a true sense of retreat.



The open living room is built around a floor-to-ceiling stacked-stone gas fireplace (OCT–APRIL) and a leather sectional. The fully equipped kitchen has counter-height seating for four, and the dining table seats six with a view out to the deck.



Upstairs, the loft has the primary king suite with its own bath, plus a lounge with a couch that folds out into two twin floor mattresses for two more guests.



Step outside to the wraparound deck for dining and grilling, then down to the lower deck for the private hot tub and cedar barrel sauna. A short trail leads to a woodland fire pit with stump seating. The pickleball and basketball court sits right beside the A-Frame and is shared with the Lodge next door.

Guest Access:

Guests have the entire A-Frame, including the private hot tub, cedar barrel sauna, decks and fire pit. The pickleball and basketball court is shared with the Lodge next door. Guests access the property with a keyless entry code that is activated on the day of arrival. Each guest gets their own code, active only from check-in to check-out, to ensure security.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked away on a private road with only a handful of homes, this setting offers a rare sense of seclusion and quiet—without sacrificing convenience to Asheville's best restaurants, shops, and attractions. The hilltop is shared with the Lodge, a separate home also available to rent. You'll see it when you arrive, and the two homes share the pickleball and basketball court and the circular driveway. There is free parking for 3–4 vehicles.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is recommended to fully explore Asheville and the surrounding mountains. Enjoy scenic drives along the world-famous Blue Ridge Parkway and easy access to some of the area's best hiking trails.



Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available and a convenient option for heading into town or enjoying Asheville's renowned restaurants and breweries.

Other Things to Note:

The house is located in a heavily wooded area with bears, deer, and other local wildlife. You will need to take precaution to keep all house doors, windows, and vehicles locked, as well as trash contained. Do not leave food in your vehicle.



While all our properties have routine pest control, we are surrounded by nature and at times nature will find its way inside.



There is one exterior security camera on the A-Frame. It records 24/7 for security purposes.



EVENTS: No events or gatherings without prior written approval, including visitors beyond the 8 registered guests. Message us to inquire about any type of event before booking.



The pickleball and basketball court is shared with the Lodge on the property.
