The Accommodation
Welcome to our stylish duplex on Lake Constance—a home that captivates with its distinctive colors, carefully selected wallpaper, and an atmosphere reminiscent of a movie set.
The apartment spans two floors with over 100 m² of living space and combines spaciousness, tranquility, and aesthetic design to create a warm, inviting living experience.
On the lower level, you’ll find a cozy bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Also on the lower floor is the large living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, Nespresso machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and all kitchen accessories. The harmonious colors and high-quality materials give this room character and make it the heart of the apartment. A small children’s area with a table, chairs, books, and toys ensures that even the youngest guests feel right at home.
The dining table also serves as an excellent workspace: a comfortable seat height, plenty of space, and a nearby outlet make it easy to work on a laptop in a relaxed setting.
On the upper floor, there are two additional bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Thanks to the skylights, both bedrooms offer a wonderful view of the Rorschacherberg and Lake Constance—a special highlight, especially in the morning or evening light.
The maisonette is located on the 4th floor and is easily accessible by elevator.
