Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this approximately 47 m² two-room vacation apartment on the mezzanine level, completed in 2025. The bedroom, the living and dining area with an open kitchen, and the bright shower room with floor-to-ceiling windows offer comfortable space for two adults and a toddler. From the cozy living area, complete with a TV and dining nook, you have direct access to two furnished balconies. The large TV is perfect for relaxing movie nights on the sofa.

The modern, well-equipped kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, and coffee maker blends harmoniously into the space; perfect for preparing delicious meals even while on vacation.

Two balconies—one facing east and one facing south—offer ideal conditions for sunbathing all day long.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 × 200 cm) and a wardrobe. It also opens onto one of the large balconies.

A free outdoor parking space is available right next to the house. There are also bike racks where you can securely lock up the bikes you’ve brought with you.

Wi-Fi is, of course, included.
