The location is ideal for winter vacations in the Hochkönig ski area (Ski amadé) as well as for hiking in the summer; the ski bus and town center are easily accessible.

• Ski bus stop right in front of the house
• Nearest ski lift entrance approx. 500 m away
• Ski-in possible when snow conditions permit

The two apartments have separate entrances but can be used together.
