This was gross.

The photos of this property do not match reality. The property is ridden with water damage and mold. The cleanliness of the unit was disgusting, I purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself so we could stay. The pull out bed was broken in half. Since placing a complaint with booking.com about the property the hosts have tried to claim damages were caused during our stay despite me messaging the hosts about it within 9 minutes of checking in. The host was unresponsive during the stay and either did not respond or responded following sending us check out procedures. The smoke detector had a dying battery and beeped every few seconds, the host never provided a solution and we were forced to try to sleep through the noise or remove the battery and not have the protection. The air conditioner that is in the title of the property is non functional which the host only informed us about on the final day of our stay after we asked at check in how to operate it.
