The entrance to our apartments is scheduled from 16 to 22. Arrivals after 22:00 are subject to payment of an additional fee:
- €25.00 between 22:00 and 02:00.
For long-term stays (longer than 29 nights) it is necessary, at the time of check-in, to sign a contract for the rental and one for the services and to be in possession of an Italian tax code.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In the event of a violation, an amount equal to 200€ will be charged.
