Only 600 meters from the beach of Keraude, its port and 5 minutes walk from the market square of Saint-Pierre, this completely renovated building combines modern comfort and Breton authenticity with its exposed stones and its cozy decoration.
Ideal for accommodating several couples, families or groups of friends, it offers a perfect setting for a friendly stay on the peninsula.
Several must-see restaurants such as BDS or Canailles are just 300 metres from the accommodation.
A secure room will allow you to easily store your scooters, bicycles or nautical equipment.
Linen is not included in this reservation, an optional laundry service is offered on request (including bed linen, bath towels and dish towels).

First floor: around its central island, the kitchen, fully equipped to new, combines functionality, practicality and quality of equipment. The whole communicates with a cozy living room, equipped with a PS4 and board games, offering an ideal space to share warm moments with family or friends.
First floor: two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Second floor: two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom with WC, offering privacy and comfort to all occupants.
The adjoining self-contained studio comprises:
Living room: an optimized space with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area for a pleasant stay.
Kitchen: equipped with everything you need to cook easily (hob, microwave, coffee machine, crockery...).
Bathroom with separate shower/WC.

The entrance to the studio is independent.

Better than a garden, Keraude beach is accessible on foot in 5 minutes. Shops, restaurants and the town centre are also easily accessible, allowing you to fully enjoy the peninsula on foot or by bike.
