La ubicacion

Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia fue muy mala desde antes incluso de entrar al apartamento. Para empezar, las indicaciones fueron confusas desde el primer momento. No se especificaban claramente los horarios de check-in y check-out y, al tratarse de un edificio con muchos apartamentos, las instrucciones para encontrar el piso tampoco eran claras: únicamente se indicaba “puerta izquierda” y “puerta derecha”. Entiendo perfectamente que puede haber un error humano y que estas cosas pasan, pero cuando llamé para pedir ayuda, la atención que recibí fue poco predispuesta y bastante desagradable. Algo que podría haberse solucionado fácilmente terminó siendo una situación innecesariamente frustrante. En cuanto al apartamento, fue una gran decepción. Se encuentra en un subsuelo, por lo que prácticamente no entra luz natural ni aire. La sensación es realmente agobiante, casi como estar en una cárcel. Para colmo, en el salón hay cortinas que dan la impresión de que detrás hay ventanas, pero cuando las abrimos descubrimos que ni siquiera había ventanas detrás. La decoración, además, nos pareció bastante cutre y poco cuidada. Entiendo que el apartamento esté ubicado en un subsuelo y que eso no se pueda cambiar, pero justamente por esas condiciones deberían haber puesto especial atención en adaptar el espacio para hacerlo luminoso, cómodo y agradable. Lamentablemente, ocurre todo lo contrario. El sofá es extremadamente incómodo, duro y pequeño. La televisión no funcionaba. El Wi-Fi prácticamente no llega a la habitación, de los enchufes de la habitación solamente funciona uno y las luces del techo también funcionan mal. Además, éramos dos personas y nos dejaron una sola almohada. Encontramos otras dentro del armario, pero las fundas estaban en condiciones bastante desagradables. Escribí para pedir, por favor, fundas limpias y nunca recibí respuesta ni solución.

El baño sucio y viejo, toallas mojadas, televisor sin sonido, sofá sucio, fallas eléctricas, muy sucio y todo muy viejo. Un olor muy desagradable

La posizione è ottima, ben collegata agli altri punti interesse, nonostante sia praticamente in centro. Si trova in un quartiere molto movimentato la sera, ma sicuro.

L’appartamento si trova sotto terra, è poco illuminato e areggiabile visto che le finestre danno sul cortile interno. La pulizia della cucina è scarsa.
