On the lower level, there is 1 large open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 storage room, and 1 spacious double bedroom that opens onto a unique terrace with a pergola equipped for outdoor dining. Every room in the villa is so well laid out and harmonious in its use of space that it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, and it is equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a washing machine, a TV, a hair dryer, an electric oven, a dishwasher, and mosquito screens. Pets are allowed. The property also has three private parking spaces.

The entire property is for the exclusive use of guests, who can enjoy their stay with complete privacy.
Other things to keep in mind
A designated receptionist will handle check-in (from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM) and check-out (from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM). An additional fee of 50 euros is required for late arrivals, provided prior notice is given (from 8:00 PM to midnight).
Bath and bed linens are not included in the price. If requested, the cost is 15 euros per person per week, to be paid directly on site and must be requested one week prior to arrival.
