Located on the first floor of the brand-new Villa di Sogno, the apartment features a private outdoor area with a sea view—perfect for enjoying the sun, the scenery, and the fresh air—with access to the villa’s pool.
Spacious and bright, the apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette and dining area, while the sleeping area includes a double bed and a double sofa bed. The modern bathroom with a shower completes the accommodation.
Outside, the private garden is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, and a shaded area, ideal for lunches, dinners, or moments of relaxation outdoors.
The villa consists of three independent apartments. You can book the Stella Apartment individually, sharing the pool with other guests, or book the entire villa for an exclusive stay with private use of the pool and outdoor spaces.
Like all apartments at Villa di Sogno, Stella features air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, covered parking, a shared washing machine, and access to the stunning infinity pool with lounge chairs and a sun deck. The owners, who are present during certain times of the year, have access to the pool and offer discreet assistance and valuable advice on how to experience the authentic Elba.
This modern and elegant villa is nestled in the Mediterranean landscape of Lacona and guarantees tranquility, privacy, and a panoramic location, just 2 km from the sandy beach of Lacona, 10 km from Capoliveri, and 9 km from Portoferraio. Built with a focus on aesthetics and sustainability, it features photovoltaic and solar thermal systems, underfloor heating with a heat pump, and a private well, combining modern comforts with respect for the environment.
The Stella Apartment is perfect for those seeking a relaxing vacation, combining spacious rooms, elegance, and the luxury of outdoor living, without sacrificing high-quality amenities and the magic of Elba’s panoramic views.
