Great stay in Hamilton

Ian was awesome. He came out at night and got the washing machine going and restocked the coffee. Ian also provided a receipt on request and allowed an extra guest to stay at a small cost. We also enjoyed soaking in the bath and the shower had great water pressure.

The cleaner needs a rev up as the beds had been made up with only a bottom sheet, but Ian provided more sheets on request. And one of the single beds looked like it hadn't been changed in a while as it had dust balls in it. Plus the microwave needed a clean. However, they were only minor issues and didn't affect how much we enjoyed our stay.

Great location. House was very clean & heating available to keep us warm. Timely messages to/from.

Instructions very clear. Easy check in & out of the property.

Not good enough.

House had everything needed. But……

The house was very unclean. Bathrooms not clean. Shower had a clump of hair on the soap dish and someone else’s soap left in it. All surfaces were grimy. Glass in showers was not clean. Basins not clean. Dirty dish cloths left on sink. Either the owner needs to check on the cleaning or do it properly.
