Great location but not for poor mobility

Great location. Very clean. Quiet.

83 stairs up to room, no lift. Very small room. Bed against external wall so could not walk around bed. I had to climb over my partner to get to bathroom during night. Stifling hot with only a skylight window. Aircon did not work..

Fake reviews, fake advertising, all lies AVOID !!!

The location was good.

I paid the no cancellation or refund option. I was not offered any option to check in early. Requests were ignored. After 3 hours waiting on the street, they said I could walk a third of a mile with my suitcases to store them off site, only to return after 3pm to get an email access code to the hotel. Upon arrival, there were many people trying to gain access and very annoyed. After walking up 6 flights of stairs with suitcases and bags, I entered the room. ( I also had to help a lady with her young son by carrying their bags too as they couldn't manage ) Upon entering the room, I was in disbelief and called the staff immediately. They did not answer. The room was nothing like the pictures and very claustrophobic. The 1st thing I noticed was that there was no bed, just a mattress on the floor with a piece of wood around the sides. Sitting on the mattress, your bum hits the hard floor immediately, and your legs are poked by the wooden slat at the edges of the mattress. The next thing that wasn't what I ordered was there were no windows. There was a tiny porthole that could open 2 inches and was about 10 inches wide. With no blind or curtain. There were holes in the wall above where a blind or curtain used to be. There were 2 skylights above me about 10 to 12 feet directly above the bed. They had open blinds on. There were no ladders or means to access to close them to stop direct sunlight on your face from 5am. each day. There was also a mezzanine floor above I had no access to. ( but did someone else ? ) The bathroom in the pictures looked fine. In reality, it made no sense. The small basin was completely blocked by a glass shelf, which meant it was impossible to rinse your mouth or wash your face. The toilet was also blocked by the glass shelf and the loo roll holder, so to sit on the toilet, you had to open the shower and put one leg inside, and sit sideways. It's not possible to use normally. To brush your teeth, you had to use the shower.

Very nice for a week or even longer

The location is situated in a quiet street very close to the center. The room is spacious and modern (IKEA style but not the cheapest variant) and there is basically everything you need for two persons. The breakfast selection in the White Bear cafe was nice. At night it was quiet, also the other guests seemed to be no party people and were mostly quiet.

Collecting the keys was not that easy, the information came only in Polish, but I figured it out. Check-in/out is completely anonymous, you just get a WhatsApp from some hotel group account. You hear other people on the stairs, it is not well isolated. Breakfast takes long to serve and it includes one drink and one menu (takes half an hour if you are later than 8am--bad when you have appointments at 9am). If you need cleaning service you need to pay extra.

Small comfy room for nice stay near old town.

Clean modern room with easy self check in. Good communication regarding check in etc. Location was great. Just outside the edge of the old town.

Walls were a little thin but it’s good value and perfectly serviceable.
